Dianne Aslin

My approach to my clients is an understanding & empathic style, which allows
them to feel comfortable to engage with me. While this is so, my therapeutic style
is a practical & structured approach to the various problem areas they may have.
I give my clients the understanding that I am aware that life is a challenge & often
this challenge leads to a number of stresses that can diminish a persons ability to
cope. Understanding the stresses of the individual & working through each of
these enables the person to clearly identify what is happening in their lives & why.
From this point they often can clearly identify (with my assistance), the best way to
deal with each of the stresses.
Giving the client appropriate strategies, empowers them to move forward in their
lives & deal with any further challenges that may present.
